Culinary Artist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Artist to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
• Follow recipes and cooking techniques to consistently deliver exceptional meals
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency
• Demonstrate a passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
