About the Role:

Tulane University Staff is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Chair of Medicine and the John W. Deming Department of Medicine Administrative office.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the Chair and department staff.
  • Managing schedules, calendars, and emails.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, departmental purchases, and event planning.
  • Assisting with faculty recruitment, interviews, and credentialing.
Requirements:
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on confidentiality and discretion.
  • Bachelor's Degree and three years of experience supporting senior-level executives, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and priorities.
Benefits:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
