Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor Ambulatory Clinical Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Supervisor for Ambulatory Clinical Operations. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of clinical staff in our ENT York practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and WellSpan Health standards.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Conduct quality monitoring and patient assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide education and training to clinical staff on new procedures, equipment, and best practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited LPN program.
  • 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with previous office and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania or multi-state licensure.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
