Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor to join our Ambulatory Clinical Operations team at WellSpan Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure they are providing excellent patient care and adhering to our organization's standards and policies.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the care coordination team to manage patient care and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and staff productivity.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff to ensure they are meeting their performance expectations and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Associate's degree from an accredited LPN program.
  • 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with previous office and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania or multi-state licensure.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
