Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Monitor and evaluate quality assessment activities, including chart audits and patient satisfaction surveys.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff on patient care and services, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including OSHA, CLIA, and Meaningful Use Standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance patient care and services.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
