Adecco US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical maintenance in our operations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate the electrical performance and condition of our operations to identify potential failures and plan preventative repairs.
  • Schedule and direct union electricians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist and guide union electricians in the use of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), hardware, program drives, PID loop controls, flow controls, and flow process control.
  • Assist in planning large projects and installations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement preventative electrical maintenance schedules to reduce unscheduled delays and increase productivity.
  • Supervise and train the union workforce, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Oversee all planning, preventative maintenance, scheduled repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure our plant remains operational.
  • Develop solutions to problems inherent to equipment in the plant, implementing changes to improve performance or eliminate issues.
  • Administer and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, as well as the union contract.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures, including lock-out-tag out, personal protective equipment, fall protection, high voltage procedures, and more.

**Requirements:**

  • Four-year Electrical Degree
  • Minimum of five years of experience in electrical supervision in a Steel Mill environment

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Strong abilities in managing an hourly union workforce
  • Must believe in standardization and be a zealot for safety
  • Must be results-oriented and possess strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify potential problems and address them proactively
  • Must possess strong leadership and communication skills

**Compensation:** $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
