Job Title: Registered Dietitian

Job Summary:

The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for leading nutrition and wellness initiatives for Amgen locations in the US. This includes customizing, supporting, coordinating, and measuring nutrition and wellness programs, as well as providing nutrition education, training, and guidance to Amgen accounts and Compass Group associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with client health and wellness program designees to facilitate joint wellness initiatives and promotions.
  • Develop and present materials for health fairs, lunch and learns, program launches, regional and district meetings, client meetings, and other events.
  • Support and utilize marketing and technology innovations to drive wellness, including Webtrition, loyalty programs, dining websites, limited-time offers, and rewards initiatives.
  • Implement Fitwel standards and manage nutrition analysis for assigned accounts using Webtrition.
  • Provide hands-on support for hospitality, food service, and retail operations.
  • Support marketplace managers as needed, including customer service and holding associates accountable to standards.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive adoption of technology platforms, including mobile and desktop ordering, order pay kiosks, and scan & pay platforms.
  • Collaborate on smallwares orders, décor, and grand opening communication plans with the culinary and wellness team and client.
  • Lead in-field implementation and ongoing wellness training for associates in the region.
  • Act as a nutrition education resource for client, guest, and Eurest associate nutrition and sustainability questions and concerns.
  • Conduct regular audits and site visits to assess account performance against wellness standards and develop corrective action plans.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian with CDR of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics (AND), required and State Licensure, where applicable.
  • Master of Science in Nutrition or a related field, preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional experience with direct food service experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation and time management skills, advanced computer and problem-solving skills, management and leadership skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with nutrition analysis software is preferred.
  • Culinary and/or food service experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel monthly around the US and Puerto Rico.
