Job Description

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Lead to join our team at Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a best-in-class retail store experience.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and team to drive sales, achieve performance goals, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage customers, promote products, and drive sales growth.
  • Train and develop sales associates to meet performance expectations and provide feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-shop environment.
  • Participate in store events, promotions, and community projects to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including sales, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers and sales associates.
  • Maintain a safe and secure store environment, identifying and reporting potential issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Excellent social interaction and communication skills, with the ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, take initiative, and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
  • Flexibility in work hours, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
