Job Summary

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team at Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks, CA. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional retail store customer experience and supporting sales and operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates to help our customers live their passion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on our products.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback on our customer experience playbook and performance expectations.
  • Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer's purchase journey.
  • Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
  • Unpack inventory boxes as required.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
