Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team at Swire Properties. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the residential marketing sector while supporting various administrative functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns for residential properties, ensuring effective promotion and branding.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the residential sector, providing valuable insights for strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality promotional materials and collateral, enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement with potential clients.
  • Organize and coordinate events and open houses to promote residential listings, showcasing our properties in the best possible light.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement and driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey marketing strategies and ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging presentations and reports.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing practices, with a keen understanding of online marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
