What will you be doing? – The Details
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Facilitate a seamless flow of clients through the facility.
- Manage incoming phone calls, screening and directing them as per company protocols.
- Process and comprehend managed care plans, obtaining necessary documentation from insurance providers.
- Provide clients with accurate and essential information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and educational sessions.
- Maintain daily filing of patient records and prepare files for upcoming appointments.
- Monitor order statuses and inform clients of arrivals or delays.
- Keep the reception area organized and stocked with necessary materials.
- Handle daily mail and deliveries, ensuring inventory of office supplies is maintained.
- Participate in regular mandatory communication meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Are you the ideal candidate? – The Right Skills
- Proficient in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or training is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple phone lines is advantageous.
- Strong organizational abilities are essential.
