Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

At Santa Clara Family Health Plan, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of our Customer Service Representatives and Transportation Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the Customer Service team to ensure excellent service delivery and high-quality customer interactions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Customer Service Representatives.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Customer Service Representatives to improve their performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and adherence to a standard work schedule. The work environment is a standard office setting with moderate noise levels.
