We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling new and pre-owned vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a consistently positive brand experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding the lease/purchase of new/pre-owned vehicles.
- Sell/lease as many vehicles as required by our annual minimum standards.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and keep customers informed by confirming orders.
- Prepare and send written communication/documentation for timely transactions.
- Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership, including scheduling service appointments, assisting with lease maturities, and procuring any and all missing documentation for financing.
- Accomplish department results by maintaining CSI and calculating lease and purchase options for customers.
- Collect required customer information and follow-up with customers to obtain referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present oneself as a true automotive professional.
- Light computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
