Digital Content Optimization Specialist

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is embarking on a transformative journey to revolutionize its digital landscape, integrating multiple historic websites and apps into a single CMS using Adobe AEM. This ambitious project aims to establish a modernized and mature digital foundation, enabling omnichannel initiatives, content parity, and personalization via ML modeling and AI recommendations.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Content Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key player in this pivotal period, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, maintaining brand consistency, and enhancing the digital experience for our users across various websites, including Unity by Hard Rock's loyalty website and mobile app.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality content that engages target audiences, increases website traffic, and boosts brand awareness across Hard Rock's diverse lines of business.
- Develop and optimize content for Unity by Hard Rock's website and mobile app to improve user experience and engagement.
- FOLLOW SEO BEST PRACTICES TO IMPROVE ORGANIC SEARCH RANKINGS AND DRIVE TRAFFIC.
- Meet deadlines and deliver content that aligns with project specifications and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to integrate content seamlessly into website and app designs, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
- DYNAMIC CONTENT AND PERSONALIZATION USING REAL-TIME AUDIENCE SEGMENTATION AND TARGETING.
- Drive content optimization via ML model recommendations and AI (generative and real-time personalization built into Adobe).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Assets (DAM) strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in digital content creation, CMS administration, digital/ecommerce, and SEO.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage content across multiple websites and mobile apps.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Practical experience applying UX/UI best practices to content design and presentation.
Estimated Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
