This full-time position requires flexibility to work various shifts during standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize active listening skills to address concerns while accurately recording necessary information.

- Achieve established performance metrics related to efficiency, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
- Availability to work full-time during designated hours.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in a customer service role or similar environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and comprehend various products and benefits.
