PT Cashier

Job Summary

The PT Cashier role at The GIANT Company is a dynamic opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scanning and/or entering numbers on the register, lifting and moving goods, making change, and bagging orders. You will also assist with special projects, restock returns, and replenish front-end items.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
* Scan and/or enter numbers on the register, lift and move goods, make change, and bag orders
* Assist with special projects, restock returns, and replenish front-end items
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
* Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for the position
* Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform the job

Working Conditions

* Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs
* Job cycles: continual maximum
* Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
* Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
