About the Role

Duke University is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in the Oncology Services Division. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth clinical pharmacy services to ambulatory adult Lymphoma patients, maintaining outstanding skills as a clinical pharmacy practitioner.
  • Educate medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff about the management, prescribing, and monitoring of therapies used in patient care areas.
  • Serve as a resource to the Department of Pharmacy for areas of expertise, participating in departmental and hospital committees and initiatives.
  • Contribute to student and resident education, providing educational lectures and/or participating in research.
  • Work collaboratively with peers to achieve division and departmental goals, taking responsibility for personal and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or BS Pharmacy Degree with relevant experience.
  • Licensed Pharmacist or eligible to practice pharmacy in North Carolina.
  • CPP certification within one year of hire.
