Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Consultant to join our team at U.S. Bank. As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support to meet their banking needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Assess and attend to customers' banking needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and manage branch operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, educating customers on available options
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of retail banking products and services
