Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Consultant to join our team. As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert guidance and support to achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients to achieve their financial goals
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and open and/or close branches
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of customer service experience
  • One to three years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
  • Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
  • Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems
  • Basic knowledge of all retail products and services
Preferred Skills
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective selling and referral skills
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
