About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Store Manager to lead our boutique in Georgetown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a high-performing store team, creating exceptional customer experiences, and driving store performance to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and motivate a team to deliver memorable in-store experiences and foster a positive environment
  • Develop and execute action plans to drive sales and client engagement
  • Recruit top talent for sales associates and sales supervisors
  • Maintain store standards by delegating tasks for cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks
  • Curate and execute in-store activations and support new store openings
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, systems, and apps, with experience in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office a plus
  • Operate independently and work effectively under pressure, supporting store opening and closing procedures
  • Manage team schedules and payroll effectively
  • Work an agile schedule to support business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • 2+ years of direct management experience
  • 3+ years of customer service and/or retail experience, with a background in a similar category preferred
  • Must be at least 18+ years of age
  • Ability to maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods
  • Comfortability using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
