Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent Administrative Support Professional to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance in a well-organized manner. You will work closely with our manager on various tasks related to their daily life and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence, and handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage the manager's diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and make travel arrangements.
  • Take dictation and minutes, source office supplies, and produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient office filing system.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent English language skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • High School degree; a PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-office and out-of-office work.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum.
