Job Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Stellar Trailers Corp in the LA and Orange county area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting and sending business communications, reports, and documents
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting onsite guests
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Organize and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
