Salary
The approximate annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $67,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and physical work location within the state.

Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide general administrative support to our management team and department staff. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas
  • Arranging travel and accommodations, preparing travel itineraries
  • Directing incoming calls, welcoming visitors, answering routine questions
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail
  • Compiling basic reports or presentations with information from established sources as directed
  • Preparing correspondence with a moderate degree of guidance

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 2 years of related administrative experience
