CommonSpirit Health is seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Technician to join our team. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care by processing and sterilizing medical instruments and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and sterilize medical instruments and equipment to ensure they are safe for patient use.
  • Maintain accurate records of instrument processing and sterilization.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely delivery of sterilized instruments and equipment.
  • Perform quality control checks on instruments and equipment to ensure they meet standards.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a sterile processing technician.
  • CRCST certification required within one year of hire.
