Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects in the aviation systems industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a focus on cost and budget management. Experience within transportation or airport environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Develop and execute project plans with a focus on cost efficiency and budgetary alignment.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, such as scope changes, schedule delays, or budget overruns.
  • Facilitate effective communication among multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve conflicts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in construction project management.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
