Job Title: Geotechnical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Project Manager to join our team at Relevante, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading geotechnical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in client meetings, provide marketing support, and assist in presentations.
  • Negotiate project scope, formulate proposals, and maintain project financial awareness.
  • Schedule and record meetings, ensure follow-up on decisions, and delegate authority to team members.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure compliance with contractual arrangements, and implement company policies.
  • Make final decisions on team technical performance, direct daily activities, and supervise subcontractors.
  • Review and approve employee time and expense sheets, develop employee goals, evaluate performance, and monitor progress towards career goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (e.g., environmental engineering, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, geological engineering, geology, environmental science, earth science, or related field) is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent is required.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is required, and Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure is encouraged.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, have own transportation, and be able to travel for project site visits, meetings, data collection, and training.
