Key Responsibilities- Develop global brand marketing strategies, brand positioning, and budgeting.
- Develop global creative assets, external partner and agency relationships, and oversee global marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with other teams within the global publishing department to build brand awareness for Mecha BREAK.
- Support the development of multi-year franchise roadmaps that are player-focused, maximizing long-term acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Contribute to the development of live service marketing and player engagement strategies.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure full team collaboration and alignment against project goals.
- Be player and channel-first focused, helping to build content plans that deliver the right message, at the right time, and in the right place.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role within gaming and/or relevant agencies.
- Proven track record of highly creative and imaginative campaigns showing strong results.
- Experience with both domestic and international marketing campaigns.
- Experience working on major global gaming and/or entertainment brands with a proven track record of achieving business goals.
- Ability to leverage quantitative analytic measures, build business cases to support initiatives, and focus on KPI/ROI metrics.
- Experience in project management, analysis, and the ability to work with multiple teams.
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and presentation skills to executive-level team members.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the field, MBA a bonus.
- Chinese Mandarin language skills and experience working with Chinese corporations are a plus but not required.
- Positive, professional, collaborative, and flexible attitude.
- Self-starter with little supervision required and willingness to navigate areas of unfamiliarity.
- Ability to coordinate execution of plans within budget, set timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to develop, pitch, and execute a marketing plan, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the vision is executed effectively.
- Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and set clear goals to improve the workplace.
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Willingness to conduct meetings with the global publishing team based in China at off-hours.
- Moderate travel is required.
