About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and business-savvy Executive Director to lead our beautiful retirement community, Vista Terrace of Belmont. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all community operations and ensuring the highest standards of care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the community, including managing the budget and cash flow, adhering to staffing practices, and maintaining compliance with governmental agencies.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise, direct, and motivate department directors, supervisors, and staff to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and deliver high-quality services.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement sales and operations strategies to drive business growth and meet company objectives.
  • Financial Management: Manage the community's budget and cash flow, maintain budget accountability, and minimize negative budget variances and deficits.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services, or a combination of education and experience in a supervisory role in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality environment. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role at a senior living operation is required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be a Licensed Administrator (if required by state regulations) in good standing and/or meet all applicable federal and state license requirements.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and build high-performing teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Personal Qualities: Compassion for our residents, a strong passion for excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality of care and services.
