Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist the Director of Guest Services and Guest Services Managers in managing the front desk, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting Q Center's high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet the needs of our guests and staff.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all departments, including Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
The Front Desk Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with guests and staff. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work in a variety of settings, including evenings and weekends.
