We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Genesis Health Clubs. Key Responsibilities- Process guest check-ins and member retention
- Maintain quality customer service standards
- Execute procedures as outlined in the front desk manual
- Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls
- Communicate effectively with members and staff
- Attend staff and club meetings and events
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with members and staff
- Ensure the front desk is clean, maintained, and organized at all times
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must hold current CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of start date
- Ability to work well with others
- Experience in cash handling and credit cards
- Customer service abilities
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to communicate with guests and other associates, including reading, writing, and speaking
