Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working with a commercial general contractor
  • Experience in diverse commercial projects of $5M+
  • Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent people skills and communication abilities
