Senior Product/Interaction Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product/Interaction designer to join our team at Coa Solutions LLC. This role involves working on high-priority government modernization projects, delivering critical services to millions of people.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end product design, including baseline user and concept testing. They will be responsible for creating accessible, mobile-first designs that solve problems and meet user needs.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end product design, including baseline user and concept testing
  • Able to dive into complex systems and autonomously create clarity for the design team on specific sections of the tax code
  • Demonstrating proficiency in crafting or altering quality research artifacts including archetypes; journey maps; user and task flows; wireframes; sitemaps; and clickable prototypes

The estimated salary for this position is $142,500 per year, based on industry standards and the required skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance options, as well as employer-paid life insurance.
