Design Experience Architect

About Us:
At ReaLync Corp., we're passionate about crafting innovative products that meet the needs of our users. We're seeking an experienced Design Experience Architect to join our team and help us shape the future of our product.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our product managers and engineers to translate product goals into innovative design solutions. Your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design will be key in crafting solutions that drive engagement and enhance our user experience.

As a seasoned designer, you'll conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions, create wireframes, prototypes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements, and ensure design consistency and coherence across the entire product.

About You:
You have a proven track record as a Design Experience Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills within B2B SaaS. You're proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and have a solid understanding of user-centered design and experience principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
