Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Press-Seal Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the West Coast territory.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. A strategic thinker with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and service products to business establishments along with promoting and specifying products to engineering communities.
- Network and compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, utilizing CRM software.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to two years related experience and training.
Salary Range:$60,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience.
