Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Administrative Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily administrative tasks, including responding to correspondence and handling phone calls.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Support corporate event planning, recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes, including maintaining employee records and facilitating communication.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents.
- Seamlessly work with vendors to order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Support the team with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and follow-ups.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role in a professional setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- $50,000 annually.
