Job Summary

As an Intake Coordinator at Birch Family Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth enrollment process for students. Your primary responsibility will be to guide families through the enrollment process, from initial review to program commencement. You will also be responsible for coordinating timely submissions of annual and quarterly reports to district administrators and communicating with evaluation coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full program enrollment at all times throughout the 12-month school year.
• Implement policies and procedures that support full student enrollment at all Birch Family Services schools.

Correspondence and Ongoing Monitoring

• Correspond with district administrators, parents, and families, evaluation coordinators, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor the first attendance dates of newly enrolled students and the bussing of newly enrolled students.
• Ensure the distribution and review of IEPs by all relevant staff members.

Coordination of Annual Reviews and Quarterly Reports

• Track and ensure completion of annual and quarterly progress reports for all students.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to district administrators and parents.

Outreach and Marketing

• Coordinate site-based outreach projects to maintain student referrals.
• Establish relationships with district administrators and community personnel to promote student enrollment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with experience in an educational setting accepted.
• Two to four years of related experience.
