Construction Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at All States Materials Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising project teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely supervise and direct field personnel to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Schedule crews and manage workloads to meet project deadlines
- Review timecards, invoices, and daily reports to ensure accurate tracking and payment
- Perform quality control duties and communicate effectively with construction teams
- Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress
- Stay up-to-date on project requirements and specifications
- Maintain open communication with the Construction Manager and project team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 3-5 years of supervisory experience in construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and ability to comprehend MSDS sheets
- Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Salary Range: $70,000 - $105,000 per year
