Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Coordinator to join our team at St. Anthony Hospital. As a key member of our medical surgical floor, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical and departmental activities, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clinical and departmental activities, including shift charge, department, and service line management.
  • Ensure that care is delivered to each patient in accordance with quality standards and patient care standards.
  • Act as liaison between physicians and patient care team, maintaining communication and promoting cooperation with unit staff and other departments.
  • Supervise staff, authorize work procedures, and assign duties.
  • Provide input and recommendations to the director/manager on coaching, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
  • Promote the optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
  • 1-year clinical RN experience.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • RN License to practice in the state of employment as applicable, required.
  • Nursing Specialty Certification related to the specialty is strongly preferred.
Work Environment

Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and healthcare services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado.
