Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care as a registered nurse in our medical oncology unit. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least one year of experience in medical oncology or a related field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card required within 9 months of hire.
