Key Responsibilities

Payroll and Time Management
  • Update and correct payroll hours in Kronos daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Compile and post employee payroll data, managing hours clocked and ensuring timely payment.
  • Monitor attendance records, track lateness and absence, and investigate manual miss punches.
  • Distribute paychecks and correct payroll errors in a timely manner.
Fueling Operations
  • Enter fuel tickets daily, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Reconcile fuel balances and records, adjusting average cost for retail fuel and resolving discrepancies.
Accounting and Administration
  • Prepare requisitions, orders, and other documents for purchasing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate billing records, ensuring timely payment and accurate customer invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including event calendars and other source documents.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to two years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative, with minimal supervision.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced airport environment, with frequent exposure to harsh weather conditions. The role will also involve working with disgruntled customers and employees, requiring a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
