Overview:

Solairus Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Challenger 300 Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness and operational readiness of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all maintenance activities for assigned aircraft, including implementing maintenance standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Develop and manage budgets for aircraft maintenance, parts, and labor.
  • Supervise and approve expenditures related to assigned aircraft.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, manufacturers' recommendations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate maintenance training requirements and vendor evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and component changes.
  • Ensure operational readiness of aircraft with minimal schedule impact.
Requirements:
  • Valid A&P Certificate.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate aircraft maintenance operations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards.
  • Proficient in planning, implementation, and direction of maintenance programs and control systems.
  • Recent experience in Challenger 300 maintenance (within the past 24 months).
