Our Current Opportunity

We have been contracted by an established leading-edge manufacturer of residential, trade, and connected lighting products to identify a Senior Product Development Manager for commercial luminaires. The role involves defining, developing, and launching LED lighting products in commercial trade channels.


Cradle to Grave - From voice of the customer (VOC), you are responsible to analyze market trends, and the competitive landscape to ensure your product portfolio is aligned with the company's strengths and future direction.


You will collaborate with purchasing, R&D, quality, and supply chain teams for successful NPI.


This is a long term tier one opportunity that requires a driven professional with proven product management experience in the lighting industry and proven cross functional leadership as a product owner.



About the Role

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.


Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to develop and launch LED lighting products
  • Collaborate with purchasing, R&D, quality, and supply chain teams for successful NPI
  • Develop and implement product development strategies
