Review and revise the existing handbook to ensure compliance with laws in NY, NJ, TX, FL, and PA.

Lead recruitment efforts and enhance the onboarding process for new hires.
Create and implement HR protocols, policies, and procedures.
Facilitate workshops to redefine and integrate the company's core values.
Analyze and improve the current benefits program based on employee feedback.
Monitor time off, sick leaves, and vacation requests, ensuring proper approvals.
Ensure adherence to employment laws and conduct regular audits.
Plan quarterly events to enhance employee engagement and morale.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Work Environment:
In-office work is required 5 days a week.
Standard office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM.
