Substitute Teacher Opportunity

At Copilot Careers, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Substitute Teacher to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of our educational program by providing high-quality instruction to students in assigned classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective instruction to students, adhering to the regular teacher's lesson plans and curriculum objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment that promotes student learning and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators to ensure a smooth transition and successful learning experience.
  • Report any student injuries, illnesses, or serious discipline problems to school administration in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by school administration to support the overall success of our students.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) and able to communicate effectively with students and staff.
