St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is in search of a Senior Grants and Financial Operations Manager to deliver comprehensive grant management, financial supervision, and administrative assistance for the Center's grant portfolio and strategic initiatives, including the NCI-funded Cancer Center Support Grant. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in financial administration, collaboration with diverse teams, and experience in grant tracking and submission processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative functions for the Cancer Center Support Grant.
  • Provide financial management, analysis, and budget development.
  • Facilitate the grant application process.
  • Prepare reports for external funding sources.
  • Assist in the development of applications for supplementary funding.
  • Manage the membership process for the cancer center.
  • Coordinate the limited submission process for funding opportunities.
  • Engage in NCI-sponsored webinars and national conferences.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial administration.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with federal grants, budget formulation, and in academic or medical settings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $78,000 - $139,360 annually.
