Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in fixed income operations within a financial services company, with proven leadership experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • Extensive knowledge of operations, including systems and products, with proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Excellent oral, written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with associates, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and precision.
  • Exceptional PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • FINRA Series 99, or ability to obtain within 120 days, plus additional licensing as required.
  • Preferred FINRA Series 7, 53, and 24 licenses.
