- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

- Lead and support projects aimed at process automation and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining a strong control environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fixed income operations within a financial services company, with proven leadership experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Extensive knowledge of operations, including systems and products, with proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Excellent oral, written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with associates, management, and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and precision.
- Exceptional PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- FINRA Series 99, or ability to obtain within 120 days, plus additional licensing as required.
- Preferred FINRA Series 7, 53, and 24 licenses.
