Job Title: Marketing Manager

Join Auberge Resorts Collection as a Marketing Manager and become a key contributor to the success of our luxury hotel in Aspen. As a member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that showcase our unique brand story and enhance our local awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a standalone website for prospects with engaging content, storytelling, and booking capabilities
  • Support the marketing team with digital marketing strategy, website updates, asset creation, and content audit for accuracy
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies around local grassroots marketing to further our local awareness, specifically around our experiences, events, and epicurean outlets
  • Establish relationships with local partners, organizations, and vendors that enhance our unique brand story and maximize results in the community
  • Work alongside the on-property team to generate content that aligns with the brand's social media strategy and speaks to a luxury consumer for Hotel Jerome and Bad Harriet
  • Support the implementation of creative and on-brand partnerships, including PR partners with reservations and itineraries for influencers and press visits
  • Coordinate on-site events and activations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or marketing
  • Strong understanding of a luxury brand and aesthetic
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and manage time efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
  • Ability to take ideas from initiation to execution, adapt, and revise plans as developments necessitate in real-time
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Mail, and Google Docs
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop, a plus
