About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lab Technician Specialist to join our team at SEH America. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for conducting advanced analytical instruments and performing sample preparation and testing on wafers using various types of chemicals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instrument Operation: You will operate advanced analytical instruments, including ICP-MS and Autoscanner, to analyze wafer samples and ensure high-quality results.
  • Sample Preparation and Testing: Your expertise in preparing and testing wafer samples using various chemicals will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the semiconductor industry.
  • Furnace Operation: You will safely operate 200mm and 300mm furnaces to ensure precise temperature control and efficient production processes.
  • Visual Inspection: Using a microscope, you will perform visual inspections of wafer samples to detect surface defects and ensure their quality.
  • Result Analysis and Reporting: You will evaluate test results and provide timely reports to plant personnel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of an AS degree or equivalent is required, along with two years of experience in process manufacturing environments. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in basic chemistry, physics, or engineering is essential, as well as intermediate-level computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
  • Technical Abilities: Familiarity with precision measuring tools and analytical instruments is required, as well as knowledge of production processes, measurements, and quality systems.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time-off, and retirement savings plans.
