The Opportunity
This role within the Diabetes Care division presents an exciting chance to leverage your expertise in product management and marketing analytics. Your contributions will help shape access and affordability strategies, ensuring patients receive life-changing therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost and Coverage Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive cost and coverage marketing strategies for our flagship brand.
- Access and Affordability Messaging: Create compelling promotional materials and messaging to effectively communicate access and affordability information to healthcare professionals, patients, and health systems.
- Data Analysis: Utilize claims data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with US Market Access, Sales Leadership, Brand, and Payer Solutions to identify opportunities and drive market leadership.
- Market Research and Insights: Lead projects to enhance landscape knowledge, identifying opportunities for research and analysis to drive competitive performance.
- Patient Support and Resources: Develop patient-centric messaging and resources to address access and affordability challenges.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all materials and tools meet regulatory requirements through the MLR process.
- Market Dynamics and Forecasting: Stay ahead of changing market access dynamics, anticipating implications and developing strategies to maintain market leadership.
Requirements
We're seeking a highly skilled individual with a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience, or an MBA with 1-3 years of experience. Strong presentation and communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking, and analysis are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of related experience, or an MBA with 4+ years of experience.
- Product management experience in medical products or services is highly valued.
- Expertise in working with large datasets and generating impactful insights is desired.
- Experience working in cross-functional organizations and independently, taking initiative in dynamic environments, is preferred.
- Previous experience working with agencies on material creation and Life Science industries is advantageous.
- A focus on Payer Marketing and compliance with customer-facing team guidelines is highly valued.
- Strong project management skills, setting and executing against deadlines, and delivering on commitments are essential.
- Demonstrated success in maintaining productive relationships with internal and external partners is crucial.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills are required.
- Proven track record of operating in fast-paced, high-energy environments is necessary.
- Candidates must demonstrate diverse leadership capabilities, including influencing and collaborating with peers and developing others to achieve meaningful outcomes.
