Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Product Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end tech-based product development, from conception to market, and delivering aligned outcomes that address key customer problems to solve and critical business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of bringing solutions from conception to market successfully, with a deep understanding and experience in a similar role within the Medical/Consumer technology or similar space. They will also possess strong analytical skills, able to collect, assess, and derive insights from data to make decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the subject-matter-expert of our customers and the business to shape solutions that are valued by our customers and that work for the business.
• Define product strategies and mid-term goals via data-driven insights while keeping abreast of relevant market trends, the competitive landscape, and business objectives.
• Help guide the organization through digital transformation with a persistent focus on customer problems to solve, rather than delivery of features requested; Drive adoption of agile ways of working within product teams and stakeholders to rapidly innovate and deliver measurable value.
• Optimize effective product discovery via accountability to value and viability testing, while facilitating cross-functional product team opportunities to complete usability and feasibility testing.
• Continuously translate roadmaps into detailed requirement documentation, backlog management, and sprint delivery timelines, while working closely with business stakeholders to bring solutions and their value to life.
Requirements:
• Associate's degree in business or a related field such as Product Design, Development, etc.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in driving end-to-end tech-based product development, with a proven track record of bringing a product from conception to market successfully.
• Experience working within an Agile environment, utilizing Scrum project management processes and/or the Product Operating Model framework.
• Proven indirect product team leadership experience throughout multiple phases of digital transformation.
• Strong analytical skills: able to collect, assess, and derive insights from data to make decisions.
• Action and solution-oriented; self-driven, pro-active and hands-on.
• Team-player who enjoys taking on accountability and connecting with people in an international team.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in a second language preferred but not a must.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones and non-traditional work hours.
